Baking: Easter Sunday

Time to bake that [new] classic Easter Day delight… 

Tarte au citron.

Another first in the baking realms for me and I’ve always wanted to try. I love lemon. And there’s a whole lot of lemon in this recipe!

Zest away … 

 
Many lemons and eggs later… The tarts was complete [with chicks].


Success!! My fears of a lemon omelette with a soggy bottom were settled as it sliced onto the plate.
